I am a BSc Honours qualified Sports Therapist working in the Plymouth area of Devon I do mobile work so I will provide treatment in the comfort of your own home.
I provide treatments for both sports and non-sports injuries which include diagnosis, rehabilitation and advice on injury prevention. I also provide sports massage for pain relief and relaxation massage for anyone just wanting to de-stress.
Sports Therapy
Sports Therapy has progressed from just treating injured athletes, and deals with many musculoskeletal complaints such as back pain, mobility and postural problems along with work related and repetitive strain injuries.
About Me
I have graduated with a BSc Honours Sports Therapy degree where I studied in Birmingham at University College Birmingham (UCB) for 3 years.
